The reflective material can reflect 90% of the suns rays and has a 15 year manufacturers warranty on all commercial roofs. It comes in 50ml, 60ml, and 80ml thickness. This single-ply product is installed using a heat-weld method. There is never an open flame on your roof.
Thunder Roofing has been certified to install stone coated steel roofs, decra.com. This product has a long life with a 120 mph wind and hail penetration warranty. It is a light weight (125lb - 150lb per square installed), non-combustible class A rated material. Interlocking panels provide weather tight barrier.
